Mother’s Day Workshop – Introduction to Beaded Jewellery – Sunday 17 May

Join us for a special Mother’s Day creative workshop as we celebrate the official launch of Flourish in Tasmania. Set in a warm and welcoming environment, this hands-on session is a beautiful way to slow down, connect, and create something meaningful, whether you’re attending with Mum, a loved one, or enjoying some creative time for yourself.

In this workshop, you’ll design and create your own handcrafted jewellery set, using high quality glass and ceramic beads. You’ll be guided through the basics of beaded jewellery-making, creating a pair of earrings and the choice of either a bracelet or a necklace to take home.

No experience is needed, just come along and enjoy the process.

Two sessions are available:

Morning: 10am–12.00pm (ages 7+ Please note: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket)
Afternoon: 2pm–4.00pm (ages 18+)

Your ticket includes:

  • All tools and findings for basic beaded jewellery making
  • A curated selection of glass and ceramic beads, and metal charms to create a pair of earrings and a choice of either a bracelet or necklace
  • Step-by-step guidance in basic beaded jewellery-making
  • Use of aprons and equipment
  • Light refreshments

By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a collection of handmade jewellery pieces, including a pair of earrings and either a bracelet or necklace, perfect as a keepsake or a thoughtful Mother’s Day gift.

This workshop marks the beginning of Flourish in Tasmania; a celebration of creativity, connection, and community.
