Welcome to Flourish in Tasmania. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, workshop bookings, and online store. By purchasing from or engaging with Flourish in Tasmania, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. About Us
Flourish in Tasmania is a Tasmanian-based business offering creative workshops and merchandise through our online store.

2. Workshop Bookings
2.1 Booking Confirmation
- All workshop bookings are confirmed upon full payment.
- A confirmation email will be sent with workshop details, including time, venue, and any preparation required.
2.2 Cancellations & Transfers
- Workshop tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date.
- However, if you are unable to attend, you may sell or gift your ticket to someone else.
- Please notify us via email at hello@flourishintasmania.com.au with the full name and contact details of the person attending in your place.
2.3 Attendance & Conduct
- Please arrive promptly. Late arrivals may miss important parts of the session.
- Flourish in Tasmania reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
3. Online Store & Merchandise
3.1 Ordering & Payment
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST.
- Secure payment is accepted via major credit cards available at checkout.
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
3.2 Shipping
- We currently ship Australia-wide.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
3.3 Returns & Exchanges
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if you believe there is a fault or issue.
- Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for return.
- Returns, exchanges, or refunds are provided at Flourish in Tasmania’s discretion and may exclude shipping fees unless the product is faulty.
4. General Terms

Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and communicating with you. It is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
